Permanently Block Card
Learn how to block your Bolt card permanently.

NOTE

This page is being updated for the current version of the Bolt app.

  1. Log in to Bolt SuperApp.
  2. On the Discover tab, tap Cards/Bank.
  3. On the Bolt Card screen, tap Debit card.
  4. Tap Permanent block.
  5. On the Report Problem screen, tap the option that explains why you want to block your Bolt card permanently:
    • Card reported lost
    • Account or card was compromised
    • PIN try limit reached
    • Other
  6. In the Permanently block your card pop-up, tap Block permanently.

If you permanently block your card and want to issue a new one, contact Bolt Support team.
Raise a support ticket online or via the app by going to Profile > Support > tap the Need Help? Click Here button to open a new ticket.
