Bolt protects merchants from fraud by using behavioral data. Qualifying fraud chargebacks are covered under Total Fraud Protection. These can include a fraudster using a lost or stolen card. Bolt only reviews orders processed by the shopper themselves. Orders merchants place on behalf of shoppers are not eligible for fraud protection. Additionally, Bolt does not review edited orders, nor do we cover issues with products e.g., customers receiving damaged or broken goods.
